REAL ESTATE
My interest in real estate began in 2005 when I was working on the construction of St. Regis Hotel and Residences in San Francisco. My role as a deputy construction manager representing the owner (Starwood Hotels, then) allowed me to work closely with the architect & engineer of record (SOM), interior designers (Yabu Pushelberg and Alamosa Design), and the General Contractor (Webcor) and a few of their specialty contractors. I saw how this 5-star hotel and residences got built, and residence units got sold before it was completed. For the next few years I would volunteer as a docent at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) open houses. I would listen to the architects reasoning why the designed certain features of the houses. I enjoyed seeing their design.
Fast forward to 2017, I finally obtained my real estate license. Martin has since helped clients (mostly friends and family) with their real estate transactions in both Northern and Southern California, as well as referring friends to out of State agents to purchase their homes. In 2023, I also obtained a general contractor license, hoping to provide additional service to his clients.
