REAL ESTATE

My interest in real estate began in 2005 during my work on the construction of St. Regis Hotel and Residences in San Francisco. As a deputy construction manager representing Starwood Hotels (the owner at that time), I collaborated with renowned professionals, including the architect and engineer of record (SOM), interior designers (Yabu Pushelberg and Alamosa Design), and the General Contractor (Webcor), along with their specialty contractors. This role offered me a unique perspective on how a luxury 5-star hotel and residences were meticulously constructed and how residential units were successfully marketed and sold even before completion.

A year later after I finished the St. Regis project, I completed my graduate degree in Engineering Project Management from UC Berkeley and joined the construction team for the new Bay Bridge, contributing to this landmark project from start to finish. This experience paused my real estate pursuits, but it deepened my expertise in large-scale infrastructure and project management.

In 2017, I earned my real estate license and have since assisted clients with their real estate transactions across Northern and Southern California. My ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively has been pivotal in achieving successful outcomes for my clients.

I also enjoy connecting clients with trusted out-of-state agents to help them find their ideal homes. My wife, Wenny, plays an invaluable role in helping identify properties that align perfectly with our clients' needs and aspirations.

In 2023, I expanded my professional capabilities by obtaining a general contractor license. This additional qualification allows me to offer a broader range of services to my clients and further enhance their real estate experiences.
